Soak chana dal for 3-4 hours.
2Drain well.
3Heat oil in a pan. Once hot add a batch of chana dal and fry. Stir occationaly on medium heat
4Once cooked bubbles will stop coming
5Fry all the dal same way. Drain on absorbent paper.
6Add chaat masala and mix well. Store in air tight container.
7Once done take it off the pan and serve sliced.

- 225 Gms Chana Dal
- 400 Ml Oil (To Fry)
- 6 Gms Keya Chaat Masala
