Mix the sugar and chilled butter milk and whisk to dissolve.2
Break the eggs and beat in the milk and sugar mixture little at a time.3
Sieve the flour, salt, KEYA SRI LANKAN CINNAMON powder, baking powder together and fold it in the liquid mix.4
Apply little butter on a moderated heated nonstick pan, pour the mixture little at a time to form the desired size.5
Allow coloring and flip to cook on other side till cook and fluffy.6
For making caramelized banana, slit the banana in half.7
Put little sugar in nonstick pan and allow caramelizing. Put the banana in and briefly toss to give a caramel coat. Remove and slice on a slant.8
Serve with honey and chocolate sauce.
