Mix the sugar and chilled butter milk and whisk to dissolve.
2Break the eggs and beat in the milk and sugar mixture little at a time.
3Sieve the flour, salt, KEYA SRI LANKAN CINNAMON powder, baking powder together and fold it in the liquid mix.
4Apply little butter on a moderated heated nonstick pan, pour the mixture little at a time to form the desired size.
5Allow coloring and flip to cook on other side till cook and fluffy.
6For making caramelized banana, slit the banana in half.
7Put little sugar in nonstick pan and allow caramelizing. Put the banana in and briefly toss to give a caramel coat. Remove and slice on a slant.
8Serve with honey and chocolate sauce.
