Preparation

Boil eggs and cut into half.
2Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onion and sauté it. Add ginger garlic paste and cook it.
3Add turmeric powder and chilli powder and cook it again.
4Add tomato puree and cook it on slow fire.
5Add egg curry masala and salt to taste.
6Heat for a few seconds , and add enough water. Bring the gravy to boil.
7Add hard boiled eggs , cook for a few minutes and garnish with 1 tpspn chopped cilantro.
8Serve with rice or bread.
