Egg Curry Masala

Preparation

Boil eggs and cut into half.

Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onion and sauté it. Add ginger garlic paste and cook it.

Add turmeric powder and chilli powder and cook it again.

Add tomato puree and cook it on slow fire.

Add egg curry masala and salt to taste.

Heat for a few seconds , and add enough water. Bring the gravy to boil.

Add hard boiled eggs , cook for a few minutes and garnish with 1 tpspn chopped cilantro.

Serve with rice or bread.

Ingredients:

  • Egg – 6 number
  • Chopped Onion - 2 no.
  • Ginger Paste - 1tbsp
  • Garlic Paste - 1tbsp
  • Keya Egg Curry Masala – 15 – 20 gms
  • Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
  • Tomato Puree – 25 gms
  • Salt To Taste 
  • Tumeric Powder – 1 tsp
  • Oil – 50 ml
