Italian Meatballs

Preparation

Take chicken mince in a bowl and add Keya Salt and Italian seasoning and mix thorughly.

In a separate bowl break egs and and mix with milk to make a thin batter.

Season with salt and pepper.

In a separte bowl sieve flour and keep.

Now make equal balls form the mince and dredge it in flour then add it in batter and roll it in bread crumb.

Repeat till all mixture is finished.

In a pan heat oil and shallow fry the meat balls turning out occasionally till it cooked evenly.

Serve hot with choice of sauce.

Ingredients:

  • 250 Gms Chicken mince
  • 3 Gms Keya Italian seasoning
  • 40 Gms Bread crumb
  • 2 No Eggs
  • 30 Ml Milk
  • 50 Gms Flour
  • 5 Gms Keya salt 
  • 5 Gms Parsley
  • 3 Gms Keya Black pepper
