Preparation
1Melt the butter and add chocolate pieces gradually and mix both.
2In a saucepan add water, sugar, coco powder and cardamom and give one and mix the ingredients, remove from fire and cool.
3Break the eggs and whisk it in the mixture, add butter and chocolate mixture and fold in the flour.
4Pour the mixture to individual muffin molds and bake at 220 degree Celsius for 8 mins.
5Demold upside down and serve immediately accompanied with ice cream poured with chocolate sauce.
