KEYA Cardamom Spiced Soft Centered Chocolate Mud Cake

Preparation

Melt the butter and add chocolate pieces gradually and mix both.

In a saucepan add water, sugar, coco powder and cardamom and give one and mix the ingredients, remove from fire and cool.

Break the eggs and whisk it in the mixture, add butter and chocolate mixture and fold in the flour.

Pour the mixture to individual muffin molds and bake at 220 degree Celsius for 8 mins.

Demold upside down and serve immediately accompanied with ice cream poured with chocolate sauce.

  • Water 1 kg
  • Chocolate 500 gms
  • Butter 800 gms
  • Sugar 1 kg
  • Flour 1400 gms
  • Coco powder 90 gms
  • Eggs 10 nos
  • Baking soda 40 gms
  • KEYA Cardamom 20 gms
