Preparation

In a pan, heat oil add mustard seeds. Once it starts spluttering, add curry leaves and whole red chilly add chopped onions and fry onions in it till golden brown.
2Add ginger garlic paste and fry it for few seconds.
3Add tomatoes and salt , cook it for few minutes till tomatoes are cooked.
Then add red chilly powder, turmeric powder and kulambu masala. Cook it.
5Add boiled eggs and bhuno them by turning occasionally on medium flame.
6Now add little water and stir.
7Cover and simmer on low flame.
8Cook till curry thickens and masala is cooked.
9Garnish with chopped coriander.

- Boiled eggs - 4 number
- Oil - 40 ml
- Ginger, Garlic - 10 gm
- Chopped Tomatoes - 100 gms
- Wholered Chilly - 1 number
- Cumin - ½ tspn
- Onion Chopped - 200 gms
- Kulambu Masala - 15-20 gms
- Green Chilli Slit - 2 number
- Curry leaves - 1 stalks
- Mustard Seeds - ½ tspn
- Chopped Coriander - 20-25 gms
- Salt to taste
- Red Chilli Powder -1 tspn
- Turmeric Powder - ½ tspn
