Preparation

In a pan, heat oil addgaram masala and fry onions in it till golden brown.
2Add ginger garlic paste and fry it for few seconds.
3Add tomato puree and salt , cook it for few minutes till tomatoes are cooked.
4Then add meat curry masala and fry for 2 minutes.
5Add mutton pieces and bhuno them by turning occasionally on medium flame.
6add the beaten yoghurt and stir continuously in order to avoid any curdling.
7Keep on cooking the meat on slow flame.
8Add 250 ml of hot water. Cover and simmer on low flame.
9Add more water if required and cook for about 45 min, or till it is tender.

- Mutton Cubes - 700 gms
- Oil - 50ml

- Tomato Puree - 100 gms
- Water - 500 ml
- Yoghurt - 120 gms
- Onion Chopped - 150 gms
- Meat Curry Masala - 20-25 gms
- Whole Garam Masala - 4-5 gms
