Preparation

Make a dough using the rice flour, salt and warm water.

Divide it into portions and make small cases with each, using the palm of your hand.

Mix all the ingredients for filling and cook the mixture.

When the mixture has cooled down, stuff it into each dough case and close the top. Steam cook the cases.

Ingredients:

  • Rice flour
  • Warm water
  • Salt 
  • Jaggery
  • Cashew-nuts
  • Coconut
  • Cardamom
