Preparation

Take 250gm of paneer, cut into dices and fry it in oil.
2Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onion and fry till golden brown in colour,add ginger garlic paste.
3Add chilli powder and tomato puree and cook it.
4Add paneer butter masala in water and make paste and cook it along with tomato puree.
5Add this fried paneer in that pan add cream and milk.
6Bring to boil and simmer for few minutes on low heat.
7Garmish with cream and butter on top.

- Oil - 150ml
- Ginger,garlic–2 5gm
- Tomato Puree – 500ml
- Water - 500 ml
- Chilli Powder - 25 gms
- Onion Puree - 250 gms
- Paneer Butter Seasoning - 50 gms
- Cream - 200 gms
- Milk - 250ml
