Piri Piri Arabi Pakoda

Preparation

Wash dry and chop the arabi leaves.

Add sliced onion, chopped coriander, chillies.

In a big bowl add besan and make a smooth paste with water to coat.

Add spices and mix well.

Add arabi leave mixture and mix well.

Make small balls and fry in medium heat oil till golden brown.

Ingredients:

  • 600 Gms Arabi leaves
  • 300 Gms Besan
  • 2.5 Gms Baking soda
  • 100 Gms Onion
  • 3 Green chilli
  • 20 Gms Coriander leaves
  • 3 Gms Keya salt 
  • 3 Gms Dhania powder
  • 2 Gms Haldi
  • 400 Ml Oil to fry
  • 5 Gms Keya piri piri
