Puliogare / Tamarind Rice

Preparation

Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil.

Add 4 tablespoon of KEYA PULIOGARE POWDER to the heated oil.Stir for 2-3 minutes over a low flame.

Add 600 gms of cooked rice and mix thoroughly .

Serve hot

 

Ingredients:

  • Cooked Rice – 600 gms
  • Cooking oil – 30 ml
  • Keya Puliogare Powder - 50-60 gms
