Preparation

Soak 2 cups of Rajma overnight in 6 cups of water.
2Add salt according to taste and pressure cook till the beans are tendered.
3Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onion and fry till golden brown in colour, add ginger garlic paste.
4Add one cup tomato puree and cook it.
5Add rajma masala in half cup of water and make paste and cook it along with tomato puree.
6Cook till the oil leaves masala.
7Add this mix to boiled rajma along with its cooking liquor.
8Bring to boil and simmer for 20 minutes on low heat.
9Sprinkle Keya Shahi Garam masala for flavor taste and aroma and chopped coriander while serving
