Preparation
1The lamb-apply ginger and garlic pastes,yogurt and salt and leave for 1 hour.
2The onion-slice ,fry and make paste with little yogurt.
3Heat ghee,add cloves,stir for few seconds,add chilli paste,cook for 5 minutes.
4Add marinated lamb,mix,add hing,bring to boil,simmer for 10 minutes.
5Add hot water and add salt,nutmeg pd.ginger pd,saunf pd. And cook.
6Finish with saffron
