Preparation

The lamb-apply ginger and garlic pastes,yogurt and salt and leave for 1 hour.

The onion-slice ,fry and make paste with little yogurt.

Heat ghee,add cloves,stir for few seconds,add chilli paste,cook for 5 minutes.

Add marinated lamb,mix,add hing,bring to boil,simmer for 10 minutes.

Add hot water and add salt,nutmeg pd.ginger pd,saunf pd. And cook.

Finish with saffron

  • 2.00 KG Lamb Barrah & Boti (50% each)
  • 0.10 KG Kashmiri Chilli Paste
  • 0.30 KG Yogurt
  • 0.06 KG Ginger Paste
  • 0.03 KG Garlic Paste
  • 0.40 KG Onion
  • 0.01 KG Clove 
  • 0.01 KG Nutmeg 
  • 0.005 KG Hing
  • 0.02 KG Saffron
  • 0.015 KG Ginger Powder
  • 0.10 KG Saunf Powder
  • 0.100 KG Ghee
  • 0.010 KG Salt
