Preparation

Take a pan and add ghee to it, heat the ghee at medium heat.
2Add 2 to 3 pieces of whole green cardamom to it. Add seviyan in it and saute till light golden colour.
3Add milk to the pan and let it boil for some time.
4Add sugar in it and rose water few drops. A pinch of cardamom powder as well.
5Let it simmer on slow heat until it reduces to almost half.
6Add nuts in it and let it cool for some time and serve it chilled.
