Sheer Khurma

Preparation

Take a pan and add ghee to it, heat the ghee at medium heat.

Add 2 to 3 pieces of whole green cardamom to it. Add seviyan in it and saute till light golden colour.

Add milk to the pan and let it boil for some time.

Add sugar in it and rose water few drops. A pinch of cardamom powder as well.

Let it simmer on slow heat until it reduces to almost half.

Add nuts in it and let it cool for some time and serve it chilled.

  • Garnish
  • Dates
  • Raisins
  • Cashews
  • Almonds
  • Pistachios
  • Chironji nuts
