Soak soya granules till it softens and drain. Mash them together with onion and coriander and make patty.
Add oil in a pan and stir fry the soy patty.
3Cook till it is brown evenly.
4Half fry the egg.
5Toast the bun.
6Assemble the bun by adding mayo to the base, topping with lettuce leave, tomato slice, cheese, fried egg and soy patty.
7Serve warm.
