Spicy Egg Less Carrot Cake

Preparation

 

Mix sugar,oil and milk.

Fold dry ingredients and carrot.

Pour the mixture into greased moulds lined with butter paper and bake at 160°C for 45 mins.

Ingredients:

  • 350gms sugar
  • 50gms Keya Vanilla Sugar 
  • 60ml oil
  • 600ml milk
  • 500gms refined flour.
  • 10gms baking powder
  • 10gms baking soda
  • 400gms carrot (grated
  • 2gms Keya Cinnamon Powder 
  • 2gms Keya Cardamom Powder 
  • 2gms Keya Black Pepper Powder 
  • 2gms Keya Nutmeg Powder.
