Preparation
1Cream cheese, hung curd and paneer with yolks.
2Add the lemon zest and corn flour. Mix well.
3Whip egg white with equal and fold into the mixture.
4Pour into lined moulds and bake at 170C until cooked and leaves the sides.
5Serve with orange cream and mint sprig.
