Sunny Side Cup Cake

Preparation

Line a muffin mould with butter.

Take a bread and cut in such a way that it fits the base of the muffin mould and line the base.

Cut the bread further into strips and line the muffin mould sides as well.

Bake it for 5 minutes in dry oven at 180C.

Break and egg, add Keya salt, Keya Black pepper, and curry powder and pour it in the centre of the lined muffin mould.

Bake it again at 150C for 10 -12 minutes.

De-mould and serve.

Garnish with parsley, coriander or chopped bell peppers.

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 4 pieces of bread
  • Salt as per taste
  • Black pepper as per taste.
  • 2 gm curry powder.
  • Parsley: 2 gm
