Tawa Pavbhaji

Preparation

Heat oil in a pan along with little butter, add cumin seeds, once it crackles add ginger garlic paste.

Add chopped onions and fry it. Then add chopped tomatoes and cook it.

Add Keya Pav Bhaji masala and cook it. Add little water and salt so that the masala should not get burn.

Add mashed potatoes and boiled vegetables. Stir it properly.

Add little water and mix it well.

Cook it till the vegetables are cooked properly and adjust the salt.

Finish it with butter on top and chopped coriander leaves.

Ingredients:

  • Boiled Large Potatoes - 4 number
  • Boiled Peas - ½ cup
  • Cooking oil Grated Carrots - ½ cup
  • Butter - 50 gms
  • Chopped Onions - 2 number
  • Chopped Tomatoes - 2 number
  • Keya Pav Bhaji Masala - 4 tspn
  • Salt to taste 
  • Chopped Coriander - 25 gms
  • Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tspn
  • Cumin seeds - 4-5 g
