Heat oil in a pan along with little butter, add cumin seeds, once it crackles add ginger garlic paste.
2Add chopped onions and fry it. Then add chopped tomatoes and cook it.
3Add Keya Pav Bhaji masala and cook it. Add little water and salt so that the masala should not get burn.
4Add mashed potatoes and boiled vegetables. Stir it properly.
5Add little water and mix it well.
6Cook it till the vegetables are cooked properly and adjust the salt.
7Finish it with butter on top and chopped coriander leaves.
