Preparation

Take 500 gmsof cooked rice in a vessel , add a pinch of turmeric and 1 teaspoon each of salt, sugar and lemon juice.
2Add 15 gms of KEYA VANGIBATH POWDER . Mix well and keep it aside.
Heat oil in a vessel, add mustard seeds, gram dal and cashewnuts ( optional ), fry until the dal turns golden brown.
4Add 300 gms of Brinjal or Capsicum and fry well. Add a pinch of turmeric, 1 teaspoon salt and lemon juice to this mix. Add 15 gms of KEYA VANGIBATH POWDER and mix well to make a masala
5To the vegetable masala, add the prepared rice and mix well.
Serve hot.
