Preparation

Cut chicken breast into thin julienes or strips of desired size.
2Marinate them with salt, pepper and oil.
3Keep it on side for two hours.
4After two hours take one strip at a time and ten dredge into flour easoned with salt and black pepper.
5Make a mixture of egg and milk and keep it on side.
6Crush sweet potato chips and keep it on side.
7After flor dredging, dip strips into egg wash and then roll it in crushed potato chips.
8Bake them at 180C for 10-15 minutes till cooked and serve with choice of sauce.
